Provicity carries out long-running, relationship-dependent work on your behalf — chasing, remembering, and drafting — so it doesn't fall to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Provicity and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Provicity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
